Listening to Grassley talk about the Rule of Law and an independent Judiciary is beyond intolerable. A Party that continuously defends an illegitimate POTUS and his SCOTUS selection has no credibility to call up the Constitution or regular order.

And, of course, Bork is brought up. Ironically, Kavanaugh's disapproval for confirmation by the public exceeds Bork's or even Meier. Both of them had a +6 rating. Kavanaugh is rated at +5.
