I have to agree, after reading those excerpts from Woodward's book.

(17,862 posts)The Dems don't take back the house. Would that embolden Trump to move into defense policy, an area which he has mostly outsourced to this point? If he does lose the House, it might also try to do that as a sort of Hail Mary.
At the end of the day what actually stops Mattis from executing a lawful order. He refuses and Trump just goes directly to the military commanders.

(53,771 posts)along with Omarosa's book and the multiple guilty pleas and trial convictions, there is a reason for optimism for Nov.
Not much can be done about SCOTUS though, not enough hell was raised by Dem leadership about the docs on Kavanaugh that were held back by the crooked party.
