Pretty much business as usual there and certainly no different from what we know and heard, just the details of who he called what vary and the stupid/petty/inane/insane remarks are in line with what we've heard daily. Why does the media and so-called pundits keep expressing shock? As for Kelly, the guy is a racist schizo and I have no sympathy for him at all. If he hates the job so much why doesn't he just quit? Let's not forget he has played a significant role, along with Miller, in our current immigrant crisis.

If I recall correctly, when the book was first discussed on DU as a forthcoming work about 2 months ago some/many of the comments here were along the lines of: "it will just be a fluff piece" and comments critical of BW. So some people might be surprised
