I know everyone wants to know who it is. So do I. I hope this person orchestrated a careful, very public, well orchestrated coming out with backup and longstanding support. But things being what they are I wonder if “he” fears for his life and his family. I wouldn’t expect the GOP to grow spines and throw in, or to decide to 25 the madman. Meanwhile the mad dogs might well seek revenge.

We are hearing this came out before the release of the Woodward piece, so there's that ( The guy came to the NYT a few days ago)

I think this came out because of the McCain death and funeral. This person,after months of stress and constant worry about the tightrope over the waterfall that is the white house, flipped and just had enough and decided to cut loose.

I think at the time he/she thought they were doing the right thing. Now though, I bet they are shitting tacks.

This actually could make things worse, much worse. The WH will be in bigger chaos now

3. I have a theory the author/authoress is a person who was already scheduled to leave their job this

Friday and decided to leave with a bang. He/she hated the job but liked his/her co-workers and this was sort of a parting gift in his/her mind.

I've heard some on TV comment that: "You don't reach Trump supporters by going to the New York Times. So why go to the New York Times?"

Well, if you go to RW media they may not even publish it AND they may immediately turn you over to Drumpf...or some Russian mob or something. You'd never be able to trust RW media to protect your identity.
