If you label birth control as the same as abortion and outlaw it, what are women to do. Will every pregnancy have to be monitors and every miscarriage investigated like murder.? Will women face long prison terms. I guess under the new SCOTUS it could be so.

You will have the uterus police. Women would be subject to exams to determine if they are using any form of BC. Why they miscarry. Which is deceitful because about 60% of pregnancies are miscarried, many before a woman even knows she is pregnant, she just thinks she is late for her period. I like to say their God is the biggest abortion provider there is.

Then there are the known miscarriages, where a medical reason that can't be found. what happens to those women if Roe V Wade is overturned?

I grew up in the bible belt, and went to a pretty religious college back in the day, and every girl I ever dated (and all of their girlfriends) was on birth control. Sometimes for health reasons or for actual contraception, nearly every single woman in the United States is on birth control at some point in their lives. Kavanaugh's own wife is more than likely on some sort of birth control.
