Paul Ryan is no Sarah Palin
I watched his speech and it was boring. The tone was dull and he didn't have blood dripping from his teeth the way that Palin did. I don't think he will excite the tea-bagging base. They require a high level of unapologetic vitriol and he did not deliver.
