The doubts, the lies, the conflicts, the potential perjury, his lack of candor - all may come back to haunt him if he is confirmed.

Donald Trump should not be nominating anyone. Lifetime appointments should wait until we have a president who does not have a cloud of obstruction and foreign influence hanging over his head.

Criminalizing abortion and labeling most forms of birth control as abortificients is only a small part of it. Kavanaugh's record and writings show that he has always believed in increasing the power of the state and the corporation over the individual, including all aspects that fall under right to privacy.
