MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace dares Trump aides to say he's fit for office in a televised polygraph test

“I think they should put everyone on a polygraph and ask them if they think Donald Trump is fit for the office of the president,” Wallace said, causing her panelists to chuckle.

Panelist Evan McMullin, a former CIA agent who ran as an independent candidate for president in 2016, noted that “we already know the answer” to that question, but the host wasn’t done.

“John Kelly, Kellyanne Conway, Steve Bannon, Jared Kushner, let’s hook them up to a polygraph,” she continued.

“It’s a serious offer,” Wallace said. “If you’re willing, any one of you, hook up to a polygraph, we’ll put it on TV, you can have my hour, we’ll do one a day.”

Generally using a polygraph in terms of employment is a terrible misuse of the procedure. Intelligence services are the exception. You have a lot of information available you probably do not want to know but given Trump does not actually know much of anything it would be eye opening.
