Trump to attend 9/11 anniversary ceremony at Flight 93 memorial in Somerset County, PA

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump will mark the solemn 17th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks by participating in a ceremony at the 9/11 memorial in Somerset County, PA, on Tuesday, the White House said. First lady Melania Trump will accompany the president to the remembrance at the Flight 93 National Memorial in Stonycreek Township.

Nearly 3,000 people were killed on Sept. 11, 2001, when hijackers flew commercial airplanes into New York’s World Trade Center, the Pentagon and the Somerset County field in what was the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil. The 40 passengers and crew aboard United Airlines Flight 93, which crashed in Pennsylvania after leaving Newark, N.J., en route to San Francisco, are credited with thwarting a strike on the U.S. Capitol.

Trump has also made dubious claims about Sept. 11. He has said when talking about Muslims that “thousands of people were cheering” in Jersey City, New Jersey, across the Hudson River from lower Manhattan, as the towers collapsed. There is no evidence in news archives of mass celebrations there by Muslims.

Trump said he helped clear rubble afterward (at the World Trade Center)..

Saved four lives by lifting a steel beam alone with his bare hands which had trapped them and all four not only contributed to his campaign but have sent him their hot female relatives for “job” interviews. What a MAN!!!

Maybe even tell the crowd about how many times he rushed into the building, himself, to save countless people. Oh, and somehow figure out a way to blame Democrats.

He doesn't give a damn about any of the victims, he only cared about how it affected him.

"Booed for deriding Bush for the 9/11 attacks, Trump told the debate audience that he “lost hundreds of friends.”

Of the 2,996 who died on 9/11, Trump would have had to know about one out of every ten victims for this to be true. Trump did not respond to requests from The Daily Beast to name who those friends were, or if the statement was indeed hyperbolic."

He also made a comment about how the attacks made one of his buildings now the tallest in southern Manhattan.

He is such a selfish, disgusting pig. He should be banned from every solemn occasion.
