An attack upon the truth.

Bob Woodward, when asked how he would synopsize his book, said the Trump presidency was basically an attack upon the truth.

That may seem like no big deal?

But, the dismissal of truth is the beginning of chaos. Its effects cannot be minimized. Whenever the belief systems of individuals are challenged in such direct ways, it affects their physical, mental, and physiological worlds. We do not know or understand the long-term impact of this sort of chaos within our political system?

The only way to defeat such attacks, in my opinion, is to continue to point out the lies and the deceit. As Woodward pointed out in his book, the truth will "emerge".

We have been dumbed down and numbed down for about 30-40 years now.
It was purposeful by the Atwater’s, Roves, Ailes, Murdoch’s, Limbaugh’s, etc.
