They are the racist core that moved to the GOP ranks after the Civil Rights Act and Voting Rights Act were passed.
They are the unreconstructed sympathizers who dream of Dixie.
They are the southern flag wavers.
They are the apologists for Trump's misogyny.
They are the 1% who want to make us all poorer to make themselves richer.
They are the tax cheats who sympathize with Trump.
They are the people who solicit and accept Russian money, like Manafort, like the NRA, and perhaps like many other GOP "leaders".

They are the people who make every excuse for Trump's gross venality.
They are the people who make every excuse for Trump's gross stupidity.
They are the people who make every excuse for Trump's gross incompetence.
They are the people who make every excuse for Trump's sociopathy.

Have I missed anything about Trump's base?

Like many cult type regions they follow without question, defend their leader no matter what, believe all the "lies" spewed by the leader, and no matter how hard you try, you can't convince them they have made a mistake in following their leader.

Yes they are composed of all kinds of people, KKK, nazis, racists, evangelicals who want the end of the world to come, and others who are gullible enough to buy into what the con man tells them.
