Kavanaugh needs to be put under oath and, among other things, answer these two questions:

"Did you ever discuss this allegation with anyone from the White House, the Federalist Society, any Senator, or Senate staff prior to September 14, 2018?"

"If so, with whom did you discuss it, when was it first discussed and what was the nature of the discussions?"

The Dems had plenty of chances to ask this already.

We need to start questioning under sodium Pentothal.
Not sure if even that would actually make them speak the truth.

We know the answers. How could Grassley & co possibly have gotten 65 women to sign that stupid letter if they didn't know in advance?

They weren't expecting her to reveal her name. That changes everything.

if anyone believes that he even cares about that oath.

I suspect he'll just lie no matter what. In his right-wing mind, he believes that anything he does is not only justified, but acceptable because he did it.

This is what we're up against people who have NO moral center, no ethics whatsoever.

They laugh at people who try to do the right thing, thinking we're all suckers.
