If there are other women hanging back, they're probably waiting to see what happens to the successful career woman who has come forward already. Dr. Ford may have a good network of resources and has earned a good position in life, but even she was reluctant to expose herself to the shitstorm she knows is coming for her. Someone who may not be so well-positioned is probably going to watch what happens to Ford and weigh for herself whether she is willing to sustain the assault to tell the truth about Brett Kavanaugh.
