in this case, even after being put on notice, and performance improvement plans, he continued with his poor behavior and entitlement by belittling others that did not look like him, being misogynist,so there is a huge difference than what you are internalizing..
He once told me, women like me, are taking jobs from men, in the work force, as I belonged at home, in the kitchen or bedroom..

I continue with as much training and other certification to keep myself marketable...

They're the last refuge of people who never put in the effort to make something of themselves.

If they didn't have their racism to fortify their self-esteem, what would they have?
