have you noticed that in those situations, it is pretty much always the man who is believed, and the woman is assumed to be a liar, no matter what corroboration there might. be.

The job he's applying for (most prized job of his profession)
The job he has (federal judge)
His freedom (criminal liability)
His wealth (civil liability)
And who knows what personal and social connections he stands to lose. Would you let your daughter be coached by someone who once attempted rape?
But no, it's always the woman, and some unclear upside in the 15 minutes on the national stage, mostly getting horrifically negative treatment. In this case, including being driven from her home due to death threats.
