Why dont the US Senate Republican a$$hole$ like McConnell,Gra$$ley, and Hatch schedule

the Kavanaugh confirmation vote late November/early December after the elections and before the new Congress starts?
That way FBI investigates the allegations against Kavanaugh, Dr. Ford and Kavaugh testifies in front of the Judiciary committee, and the lameduck Republican controlled US Senate can vote to confirm Kavanaugh.

second, mcturtle has already said that it's only the *presidential* election that matters, a conveniently self-serving rationale to support his historic power grab.
