Sen. Hirono Calls 'Bullsh*t' On GOP's Claims That Blasey Ford Is Unaccessible

Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) has not minced words when it comes to professor Christine Blasey Ford’s accusation this week, yelling at Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to “do the right thing” and telling American men to “shut up” and “step up.”


On Wednesday, Hirono continued the trend, telling an ABC reporter that it’s “such bullshit” that she “can hardly stand it” that Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) is claiming that Republicans are doing all they can to get in touch with Blasey Ford.

Grassley and the Republicans are trying to rush Blasey Ford to testify on Monday, having denied her request for an FBI investigation to be completed before she attends the hearing.
