It should come from the RNC or campaign funds, not the taxpayers, but with the GOP you know they are always cheating and lying about everything so they could easily make it look like funds are coming from legit sources when in fact they aren't. Maybe Putin's pals are footing the bill.

So he wants to suck up to Trump as much as he can. But he doesn't take into
account the fact that Trump has no loyalties. He will turn on anyone on a dime.
