Kavanaugh should just come out and say he did it, he is sorry, he was young, and he was drunk. Besides, all the boys at Georgetown Prep were doing it. Abusing girls is practically a sport at his old High School. That and drinking until blacked out.

Given the vague details and lack of physical evidence, is there anything to investigate? Let alone anything remotely prosecutable, besides a full-blown Kavanaugh admission?

I’m all for an investigation, if nothing else to slow the nomination process down. But that’s literally all it can do at this point, isn’t it?
