What is it with Ted Cruz's Daughter

I remember during the '16 primaries his oldest child ran away from him and off the stage whenever she could.

I'm assuming this is the same child, at the debate tonight. This is disturbing.

ETA: I just found out this is old footage from '16. Still disturbing.
