Man set daughter's wheelchair on fire while she was sitting in it, authorities say

PULASKI, Tenn. —
A Tennessee man has been charged after setting his daughter’s wheelchair on fire with her in it, authorities say.
After authorities investigated a May house fire in Pulaski, Tennessee, located about 75 miles south of Nashville, investigators determined that 41-year-old Timothy Medley used an accelerant to start the fire while his daughter was in the wheelchair, according to a news release from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

Medley was indicted on numerous charges Friday, including aggravated assault, abuse of an adult, reckless endangerment, reckless aggravated assault and burning personal property.
