The GOP Would Support Ending Presidential Term Limits As Long As It Was A Republican.

Michael Moores film played some footage of Trump saying he would accept more than two terms as president. The GOP was behind the term limit law because of FDR. Of course, we may have lost WWII if we had had a GOP president. They would have found a way to screw it up and give Hitler and Japan a win. FDR was crucial to the prosecution of the war.

And they'd waive the necessity of being US born if it were a republican at issue.

Remember the fawning over Arnold when he was CA governor?

Their hypocrisy is literally sickening.

declare himself dictator for life. He will be protected from what he wishes for by our the structure of our democracy because for sure he wouldn't live an hour longer than it did.

Trump on NK's Kim Jong Un: "He is the strong head. "Don't let anyone think anything different. He speaks and his people sit up at attention. I want my people to do the same."

"Real power is, I don’t even want to use the word, 'Fear.' "

But the Presidential term limits are enshrined in a Constitutional Amendment, the 22nd. It can only be repealed by another Constitutional Amendment. In the entire existence of the United States only 1 amendment has been repealed. The 18th amendment instituted Prohibition and the 21st amendment repealed the 18th. It took 13 years to do it and it was a popular and much wanted repeal. I don't think this would be true for repealing Presidential term limits.
