As the gop cesspool erupts, let us all remember that they want to divide us. Chaos is the goal.
It is no surprise that this presidency had no chance of success. As a country, we are terribly out of balance.
In family theory, when the parents of the nuclear family abdicate their roles as security and sustenance providers, their subordinates will attempt heroic rescues to avoid the unknown. Power struggles ensue. Individuals use their own talents and biases to attempt to balance the family system, putting their personal relationships at risk.
We will eventually live beyond a frump presidency, one way or the other. We must strive to continue to accept that we all must work together in spite of their attempt to divide us.
Hang tough, DU. Know that we have each other and all have good intentions. As the ground beneath us appears to shake and split, remember not to attack your fellow democrats.
