So Kavanaugh was a DKE frat, a rather notorious frat house when I was in college. The charges are not all that surprising, to me, but they are over the top charges anyway. Avenatti better have some good evidence.

Avenatti should probably go through Democrats on this. Sorry if you disagree.

And “possibly” doesn’t sound convincing either. This is no case for a bluff. One witness that is not credible, will be to GOPers’ favor and likely rescue Kav.

I don't know if there is any way to charge them but...I believe Republican Senators are effectively obstructing justice in the broadest sense by denying a full investigation of the serious charges against a nominee for a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land.
