I think it is the layers and layers of suit she is wearing. I think there are three layers of suit and a black turtleneck beneath. I don't think it looks right on her. If you put a fur high hat on her, the word that comes to me is "cossack."

Rachel Mitchel is Sex Crimes Bureau Chief, that helped Arpaio cover up the fact that the Sheriffs Dept was sabotaging SEX CRIMES cases so prosecutors wouldn’t PROSECUTE. GOP is using a sex crimes clean up artist to fix this for Kavanaugh because there was a crime to clean.

The woman has worked closely with sexual assault victims and made it a career. In order to bash a credible Dr. Ford, she would have to abandon all that she has stood far. Yes, she is from Joe Apiao country, but he was never accused of sex crimes that I remember, so going after him would have been outside her areas of responsibility.
