But she saw him in line to rape other women, and she saw him there that time when she was raped.

So there's a pretty darn good chance he raped her.

Not court of law stuff per se (and even that's arguable), but way more than needed to remove this guy from consideration.

I can see where the affidavit allows your point, though, absent some clarification from her counsel.

Never realized then how they must have been protecting me.

Doesn't take much to conclude one of two things, Kavabaugh at the minimum was complicit in the rapes, most likely he was involved in the rapes. Either one disqualifies him, the latter can put him in prison.
