4 - appears to be just an anonymous letter
5 - I need more info on this one but something about being reported by a friend, and that person has a history of extreme statements???
But as I said earlier, even one reasonably believable claim is enough to make Kavanaugh unworthy of the supreme Court.

(3,030 posts)I'm torn on the issue of these fakes- they are kind of funny in a way, but due process is still due process. And throwing anonymous and likely false allegations at the guy at the 11th hour and then having blaring headlines about yet more accusers is not something that I would not want to go through. Golden Rule and all.
