Donald Trump Jr. on Thursday appeared to mock Christine Blasey Ford's self-proclaimed fear of flying after she acknowledged during a hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee that she often travels by air for vacations and hobbies.

"I’m no psychology professor but it does seem weird to me that someone could have a selective fear of flying," Trump Jr. tweeted.

10. I have zero understanding as to why this afraid of flying thing makes a difference.

I got trapped in an elevator when I was a little girl in a country that I did not know the language and had no clue what to do to help myself. With the elevator stuck between floors and the door staying open I was terrified. After that happened I developed claustrophobia and fear of elevators. If I can I take the stairs but sometimes there are to many stairs and for years because of an accident I was unable to use stairs so I used the elevator anyway. I am still scared but I do it because I must. So is anyone going to put me down for taking the stairs instead of the elevator? This is what they are doing to Ford and it just proves how stupid and belittling the GOP is.
