IMHO: Kavanaugh's "We owe her no ill will" was guilty crying. That. Was. Guilt.

Just my opinion, but an innocent man would have no trouble stating that as plain fact.

He was crying having to lie in front of his parents. He knows he was a bad boy, and that he had been caught. Everything you would expect except he seems incapable of admitting anything more than "loving beer." The man could learn from paying attention to his church...ask forgiveness and apologize.
