Likely the most politically partisan nominee ever

I can tell how most of the Supreme Court justices vote every November, but Brett Kavenaugh has left no doubt that he not only wears GOP underwear, he has expressed a contempt for democrats that he will surely carry to the bench. He has a prejudice against half this country that he can't possibly rise above when writing legal decisions.

We don't put Klansmen on the bench, we don't confirm sitting oil lobbyists, nor do we appoint anarchists because we know their activism will always guide their judgment beyond the constitution's meaning. Brett Kavenaugh will certainly view each case with an eye to the principal's party membership. Hell no, this man does not deserve such a noble post, but that's the direction Trump has been taking us for nearly two years.

Try not to think too long about what GOP underwear look like. It could be embarrassing.
