Without an FBI investigation the Kavanagh court seat will forever be illegitimate. The cloud of

criminality that will hang over this man will never go away. The refusal by the republicans on the judiciary committee to engage the FBI in this process is a tacit admission that there is validity to the sexual assault claims by Dr. Ford.

As a federal judge Kavanaugh would never accept in his court a case where the FBI were excluded where their input would be instrumental. Regardless of whether Kavanaugh’s claim of partisanship holds water, this process is partisan and always has been, this argument is not a defense for sexual assault.

The refusal of the republicans to properly investigate Kavanaugh, especially interviewing Kavanaugh’s friend, confidant and the other alleged witness in the bedroom where the attack occurred, Mark Judge, is nothing short of aiding, abetting and concealing evidence of a crime after the fact. This again is an admission that Kavanaugh is likely guilty of sexual assault.

Kavanagh, in his soliloquy of tears, warned that the democrats had sown the whirlwind. Not even close. You, mr Kavanaugh, sowed your own whirlwind with your drunken sexual predilections. That you are now reaping the consequences of your actions is true karma. You are a stain not only on the judicial system, you are a stain on America. Shame on you.

There is currently no legitimate judiciary branch because of it.

The executive branch is led by the candidate that garnered 3 million FEWER votes than the actual vote total winner. The Executive branch is illegitimate.

The Legislative branch labors under approval ratings somewhere around that of Bubonic plague.

There is no reason to remain loyal to or subservient to a law that is unfair, unequal and illegitimate.

This country is s zombie ... it needs to be put down and rebuilt from scratch. It cannot be fixed when there is no legitimacy left anyway.

I don't think that true karma would set him in a position of power like the supreme court.

all the care about is stacking the supreme court with rubber stamps for the right wing.

on the Democratic senators on the committee, bringing up the 2016 election and Hillary Clinton in what was supposed to be a non-partisan search for the truth.

It would have been great if after Kavanaugh't opening tirade the first Democrat to question him said, "While Dr. Ford's credibility has now been established, yours has not. The question has become, not what you did then, but what you just did now. Do you consider what you just said to be a demonstration of the judicial temperament necessary to hold your present seat on the Court of Appeals, much lest the Supreme Court?"

Each Democratic senator could then use their five minutes to focus on the same topic, which would cause additional blow ups by both Kavanaugh and the Repugs (starting with Lindsey Graham's now famous hissy fit).

If there ever was a question about Kavanaugh's qualifications to be a fair and impartial justice -- or even a judge on the Court of Appeals -- I think he pretty much screwed the pooch.
