If we take back the Senate and Kavanaugh withdraws...

we need to send Mr. Trump a very simple message: "We will not consider any judicial nominee for any level of the federal court system who is 'approved' by the Federalist Society. We will not consider any Supreme Court nominee but Merrick Garland."

And there is sufficient time for the repubs to push through another nominee between the time Kavanaugh's nomination goes down (if that's what happens) and January 3 (when the new Congress convenes).

McConnell will call a lame duck session to consider a new nominee. And they'll ram it through. And the person that's chosen will be just another pea from the same pod as Gorsuch, Alito, and Thomas.
