Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s opening statement in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing testimony, relating to a sexual assault he allegedly committed, clocked in at a flabbergasting 45 minutes. During his time, Kavanaugh vacillated wildly between excoriating the senators in front of whom he sat, welling up with emotion, pausing to compose himself, drinking water, and sometimes banging on the table. He spoke about his family, his parents, his love of beer, his female friends, the women he picked to clerk for him, and the team he coaches.

8. So is anybody gonna look at WHO hacked Dr. Ford's email?

Who hacked, what did they take, who got the stolen information?

Maybe start with Babs Ledeen (ofMike) who has a history with this? She's on Grassley's staff, a little bit of googling shows how she went after Clinton's email server. She worked with that bastard Newt Gingrich to do "her own" investigation. How can some staffer just "do" their own investigation. So maybe, take a close look at that Ledeen family? Maybe??

Isn't hacking someone's email like, not legal. Think of what you could find in email -- therapy questions between doc and patient, consulting with lawyers, consulting with congressional staff. Did the turtle use language, "just ram this thru", to try to discourage the doctor from coming forward? Because he knew, from hacked information, that was one of her fears?

Also, is anybody gonna investigate the threats Dr. F. got, as witness tampering? Or does the "fact" that both side got threats--Dr. Ford and that wife of the Kav--just mean we are suppose to sweep that all under the rug? Both sides got threats, so sorry. Let's move on.

Oh really.

Is there a process that judges follow when they get threats? Are they required to report threats? I mean, if there are threats against judges, isn't that a big deal? That the compromised GOPee-ers aren't looking into this, well, WTF?

I don't trust any russified GOPer. So, I question that he even got threats. Did his wife? How and when? Are judges suppose to follow a process for reporting this shit? was that process followed? Where are those documents, a filing of a complaint? A phone record that the threats against a judge were even made? Wouldn't he, if he were the loving family guy he portrays, insist someone investigate? Does he get special protection as a judge by default?

Shouldn't the FBI investigate these recent crimes, too? In addition to the sexual assult? wait. PLURAL. It's more than "just" Ford.

Also, what's in those papers that nobody can review from the Kav's years as a lawyer for the Bush Crime Family.

What the unholy hell is going on here? It's a continuation of the coup, but geez, isn't ANYBODY awake to this stuff?
