Jeff Flake should go back to Arizona, change his Party to Democratic or Independent and...

run for Governor of Arizona.

He will never be accepted by the Republican Party again. And certainly not by the Trump Party.

He could carry the mantle of John McCain.

That's welcome but not enough.

He will never be accepted by them. If he were smart, he would leave the Republican Party.

Flake will return to a Multi Million Dollar Job in Phoenix. He did his job of obstructing the Dems and his payday awaits.

He would still like to see a justice that would rule the way Kavanaugh would. There just may be a shred of a conscience in him, but that in no way makes him close to a Democrat.

He could be an Independent.

Why would he want to be in a Party that didn't want him ??

11. The mantle of John McCain? McCain was not a friend to Democrats. Or women. Or minorities.

If he were alive today and on the judicial committee he'd be pushing very hard to get Kavanaugh confirmed as quickly as possible. He'd have tried to keep Ford from testifying.

Don't forget that McCain voted AGAINST the Martin Luther King Holiday. And AGAINST the confirmations of Sotomayer and Kagan. AGAINST the ACA. And that's just a start.
