WHY NOT JUST START WITH DR. BLASEY-FORD AND KAVANAUGH? I know she's already passed one given by a former agent, but I am sure she'd pass another "official" one. So, Brett old boy---put up or shut up.

law enforcement.

It could really be a total mess. I know Dr. Ford passed one before. But, the next one she could fail.
