He is the embodiment of that when a person does well, he or she owe something to the rest of society. He ran an impressive feeding operation in Puerto Rico that surely saved a lot of lives, and he is a believer in sustainable sourcing of ingredients. I saw a show with both of them once, he adores Alice Waters and everything that she stands for.
