Before Senator Jeff Flake voted to "extend" the FBI investigation, he said it was "ripping our country apart".

But it is not just the Kavanaugh hearing that is ripping our country apart, it is the over-all "tribalism" and hyper-partisanship. It is the division that is intentionally created for partisan advantage.

Our country is divided. We need leaders that will unite the country.

This is the biggest problem confronting our nation.

Unfortunately, we have a President that uses division as a political weapon. He does not even attempt to unite the country. It is a terrible trait in any politician, but especially so in the President of the United States.

This tribalism and division is like a deadly virus spread across our nation. There is nothing good to come from it. We need leaders that will try to unite the country, rather than divide us.

That is the best message for Democrats and that is a winning message across America, in my opinion.
