It has been 10 years since Kavanaugh served in the Bush White House.

Those that knew him then may not have recognized a drinking problem?

But a drinking problem can get much worse in 10 years. This is a very real possibility.

Those Republicans, like George W Bush and others, may remember a totally different person?

People change.

Their colleagues may not realize how much they actually drink. They may do most of their drinking on off-duty hours. They may be able to do a lot of work even if they've had a few drinks.
