.

Yes, it is lying. But lying while sworn under oath. It's not just a lie, but a criminal offense.

Words and their contexts do matter. Kavanaugh perjures repeatedly.

In the Us code lying to Congress is a crime whether your under oath or not. I know the public will never get this because politicians like to confuse the issue.

They keep pushing the bounds of acceptable play.
Our election infrastructure is going to have to be re-secured and Faux news is going to have to be somehow constrained in order for us to maintain our democracy. Otherwise it will be completely out of our hands.

12. Kavanaugh accuser Julie Swetnick to be excluded from FBI investigation

Oct 2018
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2018/sep/30/fbi-investigation-brett-kavanaugh-julie-swetnick-kellyanne-conway

The FBI will not interview Julie Swetnick, the third woman to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, according to multiple reports and the Republican senator Lindsey Graham, highlighting the narrow scope of the agency’s supplemental investigation into Donald Trump’s supreme court nominee.

After NBC News and the other outlets said Swetnick would not be questioned, the White House, which has stood by Kavanaugh through the fallout from an explosive Senate hearing on Thursday, denied it was limiting the investigation.

On Saturday Donald Trump said on Twitter he wanted the FBI “to interview whoever they deem appropriate, at their discretion”

They tell the truths, and if one of the truths seems to contradict the other, it's because the audiences are different, not be cause they are trying to lie.

It's so easy to do if you have no conscience and truly love yourself more than any living creature, including your daughter.

To the public at-large: "I want the FBI investigation to move freely in whatever direction required to get at the truth. No limits, not from me. No siree bob!"

To the FBI: "You have a week, no more, to interview only people connected to Doctor Ford's rather dubious accusations. I'm not limiting questions you might ask concerning that alleged event, but do not ask questions of alcoholic blackouts and other sexual indiscretions. Don't talk to anyone from Yale, especially. And if you can't locate Mike Judge quickly, well, forget him."

See? Truths!

But some of us knew this THIRTY years ago...lots of us did.

Bottom line, the most qualified human being to ever run for the office of President (surely one of the top 3 of all time if not #1) lost to the single most unqualified piece of human shit ever born.

Why?

Easy.

One was a STRONG WOMAN, the other was something similar in appearance to a "man"

On a few occasions since Trump’s election I have imagined protesting at the New York FBI office with a sign saying, “Is it still ‘Trumpland’ in there?”

Now I think the other side of my sign would say “Bureau of Fake Investigations”
