bathroom of their choice. The reality is, everybody has been sharing the bathroom with transgender people since they were born. Obama created 0 laws dealing with bathroom access - his administration only tried to use Title IX to threaten schools who were blocking transgender students from using the bathroom of their choice. I agree with Obama’s interpretation of Title IX.

There is no controversy. Nothing changed from the Bush years, where transgender people could use the bathroom that matches their gender identity. This issue has been one of talk radio’s greatest lies.

Saw this one on Facebook the other day and responded the same way.

Of course Republicans would believe the woman as long as the alleged perpetrator was a trans person or a Black man, or perhaps a Democratic politician.
