KATE SNOW is on MSNBC right now, showing her interview with JULIE SWETNICK.

So far, they haven't been able to confirm her story.

She says she was in community college when she attended parties that included people from 15-16 to 25 or even older.

She would see the boys "huddled by doors" and didn't know why they were there. After her own attack, she finally understood what had been happening.

She cannot specifically say that Brett or Mark assaulted her in the group attack, but she saw them both nearby before her attack.

She reported the attack to the police, and told her mother. She named the officer she spoke with, who is deceased. It has been confirmed that he worked for the police, but they say it would take a month to come up with records.

Kate Snow is asking her about the lawsuit against her that had been dismissed (with prejudice); and the restraining order from a former boyfriend (which was dismissed 13 days after filing).

She gave names of 4 friends. One guy doesn't remember her. Another friend is deceased. They're waiting to hear back from 2 others.
