When Dems take back the WH and Congress, just ignore the Supreme Court

Repubs have broken the system, so what are they going to do when Democratic Congresses, President and governors ignore their rulings? Cry about Dems being unfair?
Good article on how Dems could respond to the illegitimate Court we will likely have, or already have. Dems would have to be united and forceful in going down this path, but they would be right in doing so because they would be following the will of the majority of voters.

and the Supreme court makes it illegal, will there be FBI agents in every hospital and women's clinic? How would they enforce it? Maybe the same way they treat cannabis in Colorado? That would work.

I'm not betting on it, but I'd love to see a future where we pass "The Russian Agent And Sexual Predator Oversight Act" and increase the size of the Supreme Court by one for as long as Gorsuch serves, and by one for as long as Kavanaugh serves. Don't create any more Circuits, and just remove Trump's appointees from that function.

You might try reading the article, thinking, and then point out what you disagree with.

Are we supposed to ignore appellate courts as well?

Or are we supposed to just pick and choose which decisions to ignore?

This really doesn't make any sense.

this is getting embarassing

Why stop there? Why not just declare the new President King and make both Congress and SCOTUS advisory bodies whose legislation and rulings must be approved by the King before going into effect?

Bring impeachment proceeding against Kavanawful if he is confirmed, drag them out forever until he is tired of the deserved embarrassment. Replace him with someone decent. Thomas will retire some day. Unfortunately, so will Breyer and RBG, but by that time, we should have the WH and the Senate back. Don't ignore the SC, just take it back!

I'll try to find the discussions I heard. There should be articles about it if it's correct. I'm sure, though, that I've heard this discussed a number of times. Thanks for the input. I really don't want to be sideways about this.
