Beyoncé is the most politically divisive celebrity in the country, according to a new poll.
The Formation singer who supported Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton in the 2016 White House race and delivered a politically charged Super Bowl halftime show that same year divides Democrats and Republicans more sharply than does conservative radio show host Rush Limbaugh, fellow Clinton surrogate and singer Katy Perry or daytime talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, according to Morning Consults findings released Monday.
The 37-year-old singer, born Beyoncé Knowles, has a net rating of 63 percent favorable among Democrats polled, compared to -3 among Republicans. That 66-point gap was the biggest between the two political parties of any entertainer on the list.
Fox Newss Sean Hannity took the runner-up spot on the list, with a 28 percent net favorability rating for the GOP and -37 among Democrats.

(15,751 posts)I remember such a report because it reflected the extent of the Russian operations. Apparently, there was a number of awkward language things, which raised suspicions. Over 3 million reported hits if I get that number about right. [note also the rw Hill source].
