It's becoming an amazing fact....

We are no longer a Democracy. We have become a country which has surrendered itself to Fascist ignorant dangerous leader.. We are in deep shit... and to be honest...I think that this is not gonna resolve itself without some type of violence..

The Reason.... People who are under economic stress and do not understand why.. Tend to blame minorities, foreigners, LGBT Communities etc. Just ask the Nazi sympathizers in Germany during the 30's .

Simple explanation! Example. "My life sucks, I do not make enough money to support my family.. We make do with Macaroni for dinner every other day.. and can not afford medical help when needed. We are desperate and the only thing I know is that leader of our country gets on the air every night and points to our problem".

"Everyone who is different from us wether its religion, race, country of origin, or sexual preference..They are the problem"..... Yep this is where we are at.. So freaking Frightening

Without crosscheck / voter strike lists,
voterID laws,
extreme gerrymandering,
electronic voting systems with no security,
electronic voting systems that can be manipulated at will by the party in power with no way to prove if they did or didn't do so...

and a media that isn't going to report it afterwards as if we didn't do enough get out the vote.

The right will pay a high price for allowing themselves to be manipulated into thinking that their countrymen and women are their enemies and not people of a different opinion about how to reach common goals. They may think now that they are winning but they forget that there are more of us than them and whatever the endgame is the result will not be what they hope for. Whether at the ballot box or the battlefield, we outnumber them. Lets remind them of that fact Nov 6th.

Specifically, it is the primacy of the shareholder.

The fiduciary responsibility of the CEO, COO, CFO, CIO and other corporate officers in any publicly held company is ONLY to increase earnings for shareholders. That's it.

Now, think about that a minute. Why do the big oil companies pay pseudoscientists to publish trash studies 'doubting' climate change? Why do our politicians vote against government being able to negotiate drug costs? Why does the food industry fight tooth and nail against proper labeling? Why do we have Citizens United?

Capitalism.

In a society governed by the rules we have now, it is only natural for corporations to own and censor news outlets. It is only natural for them to lobby lawmakers to vote their way - so profits can be maximized. It is only natural for business interests to pressure politicians into foreign military ventures.

Capitalism

This is why everyone who reads this post needs to fervently support Elizabeth Warren's 'Responsible Capitalism Act,' which expands that fiduciary responsibility to include the welfare of workers, consumers and the environment.

Think about how many problems THAT would solve!

At the same time we have a president who is trying to run the country as a fascist state, and his supporters would be glad to give him that power. But we still are holding elections, and the media are still reporting on every false move he and his supporters make. You'll know it's a fascist state when elections and the media are closed down.

Flushing thousands of names off rosters, gerrymandering, complicating the specificity of personal ID required, closing polling places in areas populated by POC, Russian maneuvering, and possible vote-count manipulation (why wouldn’t they do it, if they could?), etc.

Republicans do not believe that everyone should be allowed to vote— it’s that simple. We’re fast-tracking to fascism if this isn’t stopped. The next two elections, if they’re allowed to be free and fair, will chart the course of our fragile democracy.

"We are no longer a Democracy."
Actually, yes, we are still a democracy. It is important to keep this in mind as we close in on Election Day.

"We have become a country which has surrendered itself to Fascist ignorant dangerous leader."
No, we have not. We are going to vote in the tens of millions to make our voices heard.

Go peddle your defeatism somewhere else.

None of the quoted examples you posted exist anywhere on the internet. I am not claiming that such sentiments do not exist, but the sky is not falling, nor will it fall. The majority of people in this country are for the most part good people.
