I'm only gonna say this once, so pay attention:

There is no such thing as an "off year election." There is a federal election every other (even numbered) year. A few of these are for different offices (i.e., President - every other election year, Senators - every third election year). Representatives are elected EVERY election year.

Remember: If you don't vote in each of those elections it is not the election year that is "off."

It is YOU.

Only you are responsible for your civic duty.
