8. DeSantis got the first opening statement, and he immediately started bashing Gillum.....

But Gillum diplomatically got his shots in. There was one time that I got nervous, when Gillum said, looking serious, "I don't understand the question", then I saw that he was bashing DeSantis without actually doing so. The audience really enjoyed that one.

I've mentioned it here before. Beyond the solid ideas, philosophy and political skills, he has so much charisma. I never met Pres. Obama but others have said it's similar.

Most of time DeSantis looked like he was crapping his pants, or had some terrible gas problem. Gillum did a great job!
