All it took was the word "caravan". It's like Pavlov.

Is the rate of migration through Mexico lower or higher right now than six months ago? Nobody will bother asking. That's the power of the word "caravan". This is the second time he's done this.

If he follows the script, expect a lot of news about a tropical disease you've never heard of next. Preferably a hemorrhagic fever with a lot of gross fluids.
