Rubio: Khashoggi killing was 'disrespectful to Trump'

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) suggested Monday that the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi was "disrespectful" to President Trump and other politicians who offered support for the relationship between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia.

"The #KhashoggiMurder was immoral," Rubio wrote on Twitter. "But it was also disrepectful (sic) to Trump & those of us who have supported the strategic alliance with the Saudi’s.

"Not only did they kill this man,they have left [Trump] & their congressional allies a terrible predicament & given Iran a free gift," he continued.

how killing a journalist is disrespectful to a man who calls journalist: enemy of the people; fake news; liars; out to get him; applauds their abuse; ramps up his cult to the point that they send death/rape threats to journalists and newspapers; nasty; unpatriotic;

says there needs to be government intervention on reporters he doesn't like, garbage; threatens to tax owners of certain media owners at a higher rate because he doesn't like them; threatens to withdraw their press credentials because he doesn't like their reporting;

dangerous and sick; proclaims "fake news" awards; wants to rewrite libel laws so he can sue those who do not praise him; sleazy; condones violence against journalists at his rallies; disgusting; bad for the country; praises people who threaten physical harm against journalist and never denounces them; and more. is being disrespectful to trump. To me it sounds like this is exactly what trump wants. He will now use this to intimidate journalists.

This is what he says in public, can you imagine what he says in private?


Is there any question why the Prince would think that trump would approve of murdering a journalist, Especially one that trump complained about to the Saudi's of being critical of him.
