I just got a weird robocall

A man with an accent I couldn't identify said he was calling for the Democratic Party of America. He was offering me free socialized medicine. My knee jerk reaction was to hang up at that point. Now it is kind of freaking me out. I wish now I had listened to a little more of his speil. Have you gotten anything like that? I wonder if they are trying to catch folks agreeing to something crazy and then making an ad or something with the responses?

What do you think? Had any calls like that?

If he calls again, you might tell him socialized medicine is NOT free. Sounds like a troll. nt raccoon Oct 2018 #2

I don't answer unless I know the number. If I don't answer, I wait a minute and then call the number back. Sometimes I get a fax machine noise or some unsuspecting citizen who didn't know their number was being used for nefarious purposes.

If there is no such organization, I'd be reporting it to the local Democratic campaign office. You never can tell these days.
