Early voted Here in NM

The polling place we go to actually had a LINE to vote! Very encouraging. That has never happened. Poll worker said they have been busy. Early voting started on Saturday. Closed Sunday. Since this morning our little early voting place has had over a thousand people vote there. Great news for Dems in NM. That is amazing for any election...much less a midterm!

2. It was a good sign for Democrats

They outnumber Republican voters here in central and Northern parts of the state..and that includes Albuquerque. The poll worker that checked me in was wearing a Democrat tag. I mentioned how great it was to see so many people voting. She smiled and said, "I know. Isn't it wonderful?". They have to look you up in the database, so I assume they know your party registration.

5. Apparently it is.

I never noticed it before but my husband said he thinks there have to be both Democrat and Republican poll workers and they have to be identified as one or the other to show a balance?
